Returning your order
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the costs for returning from your home to WhiskyXL are for your own account. These costs are €7.25 per package. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, your order must meet the following conditions:
Beverages must not be opened or damaged.
Leave the drinks in their original packaging and shipping box for your return.
Keep the proof of postage well.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If you partially return an order due to your own error in terms of product choice or quantity or if you do not collect your order from a PostNL point in time, we also charge €7.25 return costs per package.
Have you received the wrong item or is the item damaged? Please send an email to info@whiskyxl.nl with photos of the damaged and/or incorrectly delivered items. We will contact you and provide a suitable solution.
